Default Back in the swamp
Finally got enough water in the swamp to get to our lease.Went this morning,and saw a few birds. Most of them would break but get kinda skiddish right when they were on the edge of the hole. Had a great time watching them birds working,and its always awesome to be enjoying it with your son. We did manage to pull a few in from the edges too.

They prolly got skiddish cuz y'all were in the air with them LOL.... I always wanted to hunt a blind up in a tree like that!!!

yeah, them blinds are pretty wild. We put a lot of work into them. Had to set up some scaffolding to build them. Just wish the water would have come up a lil sooner so we coulda used them earlier this season.

Lank, we are around the cota holmes area. not far from bayou benoit in the basin.
