Just FYI, I was just looking on GanderMountain.com and they been having daily specials on fishing gear. Today is Shimano Symetry spinng reel for 40% off. you can also see the other sales from the past few days. looks like some good deals if yall in the market.

BTW, I just noticed that all those specials are still good through tomorrow. shimano, diawa, and a few others 40-60% off

those symetres are good reels ive had a pair of em for 5 years or so and they are still smooth

Which size reel would u guys recommend, all they have available on the symetre's are the 1000 & 4000 models?

for saltwater the 4000. for sacalait the 1000
