Default Cocodrie Fri, Sat, Sun
Went out of Sevin Canal in Cocodrie this weekend. Fri afternoon we look around tried to go out in bay but was a bit too rough for me. Fished around some oyster reefs picked up a few rat reds. Winds picked up even more came on in. Sat the bay was slick. Found some birds working and picked up 70 trout and 1 red. Sunday was a bust with rain in horizon.
Cant wait to go back.

Nice trip! How far into the bay did you have to go to get on the trout?

Tracked it on my gps from camp to where we spotted the birds working was 3.2 miles.
yes it was a great trip enjoyed it very much.
