5/24 Henderson

[bayou fishing]

Dad and I went to Henderson for the 1st fishing trip this summer. Arrive at the boat launch around 7:15am and fish til 5 pm. The water was brown color but clear. We fish in 4 to 5 foot of water . Fishing from 1.5 - 2 deep. We would pick up 2 to 4 fish in one spot and move on. Crickets and worms. We caught 31 total. Mixture of Bream, Chick a pen.

Nice, I went yesterday and picked up 19 bream. Ran out of bait at 11:00 am.

Nice mess of fish. Henderson has been pretty active. Seen lots of similar catches this past weekend. Lots of FUN.
