Leasing Land

If any of ya'll are leasing land from an oil or land company .Can you please give me a per acre lease cost?
If you don't want to post it publicly please pm me.
I am doing research on how much profit vs taxes there is on marsh land.

to be honest, it really depends on where you are and can vary greatly.
For example, in West Texas with all the 'shale plays' land is leasing for an incredible $25K an acre!!
Marsh land in S.Louisiana probably closer to $200/acre

Also depends on what rights you get in your lease. I know of sections that lease for a few dollars an acre up to $100+ an acre
