Headknocker HELP New Chronarch VS Old Chronarch???

Man i cant decide what to do here, I want to wait till the release of the new Chrony after iCast but cant seem to make up my mine between the old one and new one coming out. The new one has a whole new design and will be cheaper, but does that mean better? Im thinking not but i dont want to doubt it before putting it in my hands, maybe some of you Chrony CH100D7 users can share some info and reviews on your reels.
Thanks!!

I love my Chronie... best real i have ever bought. I am debating on buying another or waiting also. i am on the ropes bc i dont think the next will live up to this one IMO. If i could find the all silver Chronie for under 260$ it would be SOLD. This thing can cast a mile. Smooth and sleak. BUY IT!

Chronarch is the best all-'round baitcaster Shimano has ever made. The 100D series are good reels but nowhere near the old Chronarch gold SF.

I like the convergeance myself... i dont go all out for buying saltwater gear. LOVE bass gear though. i bought my convergeances about 2 years ago. soo its time for an upgrade. cant beat the no ask policy on shimanos.

Not a baller but i do beleive you pay for quality and your rod is a major factor in the action of your lure.

Ill check into the cumulus, i just ordered 2 waterloos hopefully i wont be buying any more rods anytime soon haha breakin my bank!

I have one Chronarch 100D7 and I love it. I wonder what will be the difference on the newer model coming out.
