live Cajun /Zydeco music around Lake Chas end of March
I have relatives comming in from Mo. and would like to entertain them. Who can recommend a local club with a live band playing cajun music?

Maybe Yesterdays. Depends on who they find.
I think the catfish place just North of Moss Bluff has a Cajun band on Saturdays. Just gotta watch the newspaper and see. |

Aucoin's in Hayes plays the good old school stuff. When you see a bunch of old guys gettin on stage holdin instuments, you know you are about to hear some good music. I would call them and get a schedule. Food is good too. You can put them on some cajun cookin.

Lake Chuck, Thanks for the lead on Aucoin's, it sound like a good place to go for meal and music. I hope the crawfish are good size. would you recommend reservations for a party of 7?

They have a large party room in the back where the band plays. I would make reservations request the back room specifically.
