First bay boat help!!!
i grew up freshwater fishing in Arkansas. been to fourchon and big lake a few times with some buddies recently and i can say that ill never waste another minute bass fishing again. Im looking for a bay boat but i dont know anything about them. can anyone offer up any suggestions? here is what im looking for. fiberglass, Dry ride, at least 22', seats for my kids, trim tabs, digital gauges, no less then 200hp, good electronics, power pole. i dont know anything about the type of hull i need. i know i need a dry ride and the ability to do light offshore fishing. let me know what yall think is a universal kid friednly boat that is dependable. i dont want an entry level boat.

In on one. This should be a good thread. I'm currently researching for my next boat which will be in the 22' range.
I'm looking at blazer bay, frontier 2104, 2200 Pure Bay and nautic star. |

Blazer Bay is the best boat for the money......good ride, good lines, and can handle lots of H.P.!!!
They dont have asjustable freeboard like the Haynie, but you only need that if you're under 4ft..... |

Haynie is obviously a great, pure fishing machine. The OP wants kid friendly!!!!! Obviously I dont believe a sane person would think of a Haynie as kid friendly. I would think a Nauticstar 22TE or Bluewave Purebay 22 would be a great choice. For more cash, Triton or Blackjack

So a haynie is "kid friendly"?
Dont misunderstand, I think Haynie's are bad azz, but I would assume most people would prefer a lined boat with ample seating. Makes "cents" to me. Not going to mention the freeboard |
