Tryin to quit Cope
I quit copenhagen again. This time its for real , no more. Ive gone 2 days and im freakin out.
Has anyone heard of bacc off , and does it work? went to doctor today and he prescribed me some chantix. Dont like meds |

You CAN do IT! LOL...It's not so bad once you set your mind to it....after day 4 i had no more jitters,..day 3-4 is when your body begins to regulate your blood sugars properly.
I am doing fine now and on day 6. Think about it sometimes but it's not a big deal. Mind over Matter! Get some sunflower seeds, life savers, or gum and keep it near. Good Luck! You've come this far....no point of starting over again! |

I quit about 2 weeks ago and not one dip yet.
I do still get alittle grumpy somedays. I was sick and had a sore throat so I didn't dip for the day and decided to try and stop for good. So far so good. |

Still no dip, feeling pretty good. im getting fatter cuz im eating alot. i have more energy. I almost took a guys head off at work when i saw him thumping a can...I had to go to the happy place

Hell this aint been that bad , I think i got it wooped.. After eating or when im doing something at work i get a big urge..I havent even takin dat chantix pills. The first two days are the worst.
day three , u feel like u gone too far to slip. day 3 and 4 is reality check , all shakey and people look at you all scared cuz you have big bugged out eyes. Its all good.....all good |

Good job Matt.
I still haven't taken a dip neither. Its been about a month now. Got pissed at work today and almost took one but I managed not to. |

I actually sniffed a can of cope today and gave it back to ol boy without taking any..I wanted to but Its unda control now , dang i guess i got it whooped. get a few urges but not like it was.
whoever wants to stop dippin , just quit cole turkey..no pills , no weening , just drop it.mind over matter. |

How's it going you bunch of quitters? This thread inspired me to quit also. Its been 7 days and I didn't think I could do it but I will never go back. Its a worthless habit with zero upside.
