Big Lake 6-21-10

caught 22 specks all on topwater on the east bank today. They were blowing spooks out of the water. Lost 7 to 8 more at boat, had a million blowups. Big school of reds swam by as well, managed to get 2 of them. I fought one for 5 minutes till he straightened my hooks out and pulled off. No throwbacks. all 22 were keepers. Heat ran us off the lake. When i figure out how to download pics ill put them up.

nice . sounds like a sweet day on the water ALL TOPWATER!!! if i could catch every fish the rest of my life on topwater i'd trade a nut!!!

I'm slap worn out. I love topwater fishing for anything. Those trout were aggressive today. Had a blast
