Is there a real estate agent here on the SC that can help me obtain a comparitive market analysis for my home?? Or know anyone that can help me! Thanks!

It is a way to find out what comparitive houses in your area are selling or have sold for. gives you an idea of what to ask for a house.

Also, if your thinking of selling your home. just talk to a real estate agent in your area. CMA's are free!

Free only if you sign with them, if not its only around 40 bucks.......it only takes them 2 minutes on the MLS site......

There is a free app for the iPhone called Ziprealty. You can drive into any neighborhood, it locks on to your position and gives you recent sales and current listings. Pretty cool stuff.
