Dularge Trout Fishing!
Dularge fishing is on a roll as all one has to do is read the posts on this site. Everyone seems to be catching fish and enjoying the resource. Deadeye Chris and I whacked 50 nice trout and 3 reds! They are everywhere! Launched the boat and back in 90 minutes. LSU,Pink Passion, and Limetreuse Bayou Chub Minnows did the trick. The trout were exploding on the surface feeding on minnows and in a frenzy. Big thanks to Capt Gerald Ellender for running trips Monday & today for me with Mike Kosiba and crew. The guys enjoyed doing the DU, catching and releasing fish everyday. The crew caught over 100 reds and over 100 trout during their 3 day adventure. They didn't target trout today as the redfish got their attention! Looking forward to another great day tomorrow!
