Hey cajuns, haven't been on the site in a while but I have a question for some of you east side boys. Me and the family moved over here to NOLA last fall and now that we are settled in would like to get on a few fish. Only thing is that I don't have a boat so we are going to be fishing from the dirt. Are their any spots around that you can hook up with some trout and reds? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The pier, if you would call it that at Seabrook. It's more like a wall and you probably wouldn't much care for the company.
There's also a couple of locations around the Bonnet Carre/Ponchatrain to fish from wharfs. |
