Default BBQ Restaurant

What are some of your favorite bbq restaurants? Can be anywhere in the country. I have always wanted to own my own restaurant and am looking to go on a tour of Texas or anywhere and try different places and get as much knowledge as possible. I'm tired of working for other people. Let's hear your favorites!

Bad Brad's in Fairfax, OK.

Head Country BBQ in Ponca City, OK. I've got some of their products at the house. Gimme a call and I'll give ya some to try.

They moved my dad to a rehab place in Denham Springs. Going Saturday so if you want to meet me at the bar to drink a few in the afternoon I'll be there.

I went to the shed in Ocean Springs and it was terrible. Everything was drowning in sauce. Bbq is not ment to have sauce at all. But if you must it should compliment the meat. Not cover it.

No, no, no, no, no…I eat BBQ all over the place and Rudy's is decent at best. Anytime you have high school kids working a pit watch out!

One of favorites is Kays BBQ in Midland, TX. Pick your meat right off the pit. I will post some more tomorrow.
