We will never forget
10 years ago, tragedy struck in the hearts of millions of Americans both here and world wide.I was in 4th grade at the time, we had just finished math excersises when the principal made an announcement that I will never forget. 10 years later, this tragedy is still fresh in our memories. 3,000 innocent souls lost; 343 Firefighters, 8 EMT Personel, 60 Police Officers, and 55 Military Personel at the Pentagon, and 2,479 Civilians. 4 months ago, one very guilty man was brought to justice, but this did not ease the pain. Our men and women in our military, are fighting everyday, everywhere to keep this from happening again. I personally know about 400 men and women in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard who are defending this great Nation everyday and night and about 50 who have died defending this great Nation. I am proud to say that I am an American, its who I am, and its what I'll be. We will never forget what happened at the Pentagon, the Twin Towers, and in that Pennsylvania field.
If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under. - Ronald Reagan
