wanted to make this banquet. It is one of my favorites. Had to work tonight until around 8:30. They cook a killer ribeye and that twice baked potato casserole is to die for!

My bad, it is usually Prime Rib, not ribeye. The year after Rita they had ribeyes cause no ovens at HR&G. Those potatoes are to die for!
