went down to grand isle to fish, got there sunday afternoon, fish a little in the evening with some gulp caught a couple trout, head back monday am with some live skrimps and caught a couple under a limit of nice trout and a good bit of spanish mackeral. Now that is my report, now I have a question! I cleaned my trout first and then the spanish macks, I've never caught sm or cooked them, I've heard mixed things about them, whats the best way to cook them! and I didn't mix there fillets with the trout either. Opinions are welcomed! are they worth even keeping?
