Anyone know a good website? Have some wild turkey breast thawing. I know I need to brine it, but looking for something more interesting than just "wrap in bacon and grill".

Here is the last one that I cooked.
I injected it with a lemon, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice,melted butter, salt, pepper and garlic mixed in a blender . Then stuffed it and baked. . |

Interesting on the fry idea. Just plain ole deep fat fry? What do you coat it with?

I cut into chunks or strips, season, put mustard on it, then fish fry and drop in grease. No brine step needed. Never comes out dry this way.

I do the same thing... I use regular flour but add Italian bread crumbs... I marinate mine over night in Italian dressing, season mustard.. Then dip in milk flour an fry...
