7/7/12 Chandeleur sound

Had plans of going out to the chandeleur islands sat. morning and right when we made it out had to turn around due to thunderstorms. So we ended up fishing closer in in the sound and saved the trip. Caught 50 schoolies 12-14" all on artificial. Not bad for our first time fishing that area.

where u launch out of? venice, delacroix, or hopedale? or mississippi?? . i prefer to go out of venice and it breton island, gossier(s) .
