Make snapper a gamefish

Because they're idiots! I was at the NMFS meeting last year in Houston when Dr. Nelson pulled that bs and walked out the door and turned cca's back on the whole snapper issue.

Pffftttt..... As long as there are lobbiests lining the pockets of the CCA and NMFS to keep them at a commercial status.... they will never be game fish. Also... if they become game fish, such as the Red Drum... we won't be able to bring any in from gulf waters..... maybe.
