Does anyone know where to buy pork belly around Lafayette? I'm trying to make homemade bacon.

Call Kirk Martin in Carencro, nice guy and good prices. Chops quoted me $5.00/lb and week lead time for a seasoned whole pig, Kirk hit me for $2.79/lb and had what I needed that day.

I'm sure he can hook you up with some belly.

X2 on Kirk. It's been a while since I've been there, but he usually has it in the freezers upfront. Can't beat his prices either.
