We bought an old long tail for our duck lease. It's never been registered. It's just a little homemade rig. Anyway, do you have to register a boat that will only be used on private land?

If it is a private leveed off area with no public entry no you don't

It's not accessible by any public waterways. U can walk into our spot from a major road. I'm thinking we should be fine
