Default Stuffed boneless wings

Forgive me I forgot to take and after picture. Made these this past week for our Mardi Gras run. I cooked over 70 and they did not last long.

you took the time to bone out and stuff chicken wings... man i dont know if i should bow down before you, or call you three kinds of crazy...

I bet the were some kind of good though!

just not sure i could go through that much effort.

Once you learn the trick of how to do it. You can do a 100 in an hour.

I made some spicy pork sausage with jalapeño . After stuffing them I seasoned them and coated them with Frank's hot wing sauce.

I us a pairing knife. After to cut just a short ways around the bone. You can take your thumb and index finger and push the neat off the bone. Then to have to cut the joint. Hope this makes since.
