Default Calcasieu River?
Looking at making a trip on the river for some white perch. Has anyone heard of anyone catching and if so what part of the river? Time to take the kids out on the water!

River is real muddy right now. Musta got a lot of rain up north because last week it wasn't bad.

Im gona have to take some pics of the river up where I live. During the summer there are parts of it I can jump across. Didnt get much rain last week but sieper swamp is still mostly flooded from the winter rains and running into Calcasieu up here. Im a three hour drive north of you guys.

Try Laccassine Bayou with black/green jigs. Fish the stumps 8 to 10 in.
