In the areas I fish, mostly in Dularge, we always do better on falling tides. In the summer time I like fishing grass beds in duck ponds with spoons. On a falling tide it is very productive. I've had a hard time getting the pattern on redfish during rising tides. Any suggestions?

Look for them pushing into shallow areas as they flood. Find spots that would have been to shallow for you to get on to fish at the lower tide and push into them with the water. Also of course points or cuts with water moving across or through them.

Get inside the bigger ponds and set up on any water flowing into the pond or down a bank.
