Cheers smoke turkey n chicken gumbo
Boiled up some turkey necks in crab boil and put'm on the smoker couple hours. Took the left overs and broke out some chicken and had to make a gumbo.

Looks good! I figured I was the only one that would have ate gumbo today, just finished eating chicken , sausage and okra gumbo.

The good gumbo always hits the spot. First time i ever boil turkey necks in crab boil then smoke'm. Smoke'n some ribs sausage in a couple days and will have turkey necks on.
