V Bay 10-24

[wishin i was fishin]

hit weeks, trashpile early, tide wasnt moving yet and windy. hit the north end of the bay to duck out of the wind. fish were there but not active lots of whities. after a few spots we got the tail end of the bite at Avery. Water was good everywhere.

Friend caught a 22 lb red, so it was a good day (we let it go). ended up bringing home 3 reds, 2 black drum and 2 specs.

Today the bite was worse. still ended up with a bull about 15 lbs. It was one of Two reds we caught all day.

bunch of boats at the trashpile but don't know if they caught.

nice red fish there. at least ur buddy got to enjoy the fight those reds put up with him.
