Default Picante Sport Fishing - Cabo San Lucas

Anyone fish with these guys before? What was your experience?

Also, what's the process for bringing fish back into the country from Mexico after taking a trip like this?

My dad fished with them. They are one of the premier charters in cabo. I've fished with a couple. Last year fished with red rum. It was slow but I would re commend red rum. They are slightly cheaper than picante and they will fish hard. First outfit I took I think was silverados? Something like that. Went out caught a marlin and they pretty much turned it back towards camp. I would recommend picante, red rum, and Pisces in no particular order. As far as getting meat back I brought some wahoo and mahi back. The resort we stay at has a freezer they keep your fish in and just put in an icechest frozen to come home on the plane. Just have to pay like it's and extra bag of luggage. Don't forget to stop by the gigglin marlin.

Thanks fellas! Gigglin Marlin is going on the to do list.

We have 2 trips set with Picante coming up, one day has 2 boats and the next 3 boats - was hoping the feedback was good, I didn't have a part in picking them.

Will be staying at Bonito Rose, hopefully they have a freezer because that sounds like the ticket.

Bonito rose is where we stay. Yes they do have a freezer. Mango decks is pretty fun too. They have killer Long Island teas.its just down the beach from the rose.

I've fished with them over a dozen times. They are very good and take care of food, drinks, licenses, etc for you.

IMO the best boat is the Salsa w/ Capt. Juan Carlos Brincos.
