~$50 Fishing Glasses

Guys, what are some good polarized glasses for around 50 - 100 bucks. I would love some costas but i lose my glasses too often....

I know allot of guides use Calcutta's..
For the price I would try them out but I loose cheap glasses and do well with expensive ones so keeping my Costa's. Try out the Calcuttas and let me know what you think.

I've been rocking Calcuttas since way back (mainly because they sold them at Cajun Fast Mart). Still wear a pair everyday while driving. I have some Costas too, but wear Calcuttas when I'm places I think I might lose them.

I wore Calcuttas for a long time as well. Had found them in the bait shop in Leeville. My problem is the frames would crack after a month or so. After about 5 pairs, i quit using them. Maybe i'll try a different model with a thicker frame. I did like them. They used to be $20 each. I think they are now $30 or so.

Here's a tip.. No matter what you pay for them, never put your glasses on your cap and put a set of cables on them, you less likely to loose them. I got used to wearing mine around my neck all of the time when not using them and I quit loosing them. I have had the same pair of Costas for at least five years.

yep, i noticed since i use some type of cable or lanyard, i keep them much longer.

Try Suncloud. bought a pair in Orange beach just to try out and they are great for 50 bucks.

Suncloud is an old brand thats been around forever. I have 4 pairs of old costas and i won't buy another. I can buy 4 pairs of Sunclouds to one costa. Get a mirror lens for fishing and amber lens for hunting.

I like the walmart realtree polarized sunglasses with metal frames, they are just $19.99

they look, fit, and feel great and are very scratch resistant but you don't cry if you lose them

look on steapandcheap.com, there's often older model of costas on there for under $100
