Default Lowrance updates
If you value your tracks, your ways points, your safe passages, your known hot spots, or anything of that you hold value to on your Lowrance unit

DONT DO THE UP DATES

I just up dated my OS and lost EVERYHING!!

The thing I hate the most is I lost my known safe passages through shallow areas. as well my personal markers I have marked for hazards!!

DAMIT JIM!!

That sucks...Guess you never backed it up huh? It's kinda late now, but I have all my saved tracks and waypoints saved on my computer.

crappy thing is thats what I was trying to do, but in order to do that, down load my tracks I needed to update my OS from the 1.8 version that the unit came with to the 4.0 that was the latest and greatest.
