Well took a couple trout fillet's and laid out....Boiled some peeled n devained shrimp in zat. crab boil and salt and then boiled broccoli in same water....Boiled rotini in same but had to cut water so not too spicy...Mixed broccoli shrimp and rotini with jar of alfredo sauce and put on top of fillets and topped with shredded chedder... Baked 375 for 50 minutes...Yea I'm eat'n good tonite.....Redfish is a good sub for trout.....Actually I boil my redfish in same boil mix and cool and flake and just mix with everything....

Yummmm!!! Looks damn good. Hard to beat anything baked with pasta and cheese!!
