I've always wondered why the BWT migrate thru here by the 10's of thousands in September when there is not even the slightest cold front to push them down. Why don't they need a front to move them South during early teal season but the big ducks have to have a hard freeze up North to make them migrate?

Photoperiod which is length of day is their cue. BWT are actually neotropical migrants

Duh....you guys are so ignorant! They migrate in September because that is when teal season occurs! Some people lose sight of the obvious.
