Little Chenier 12-28 & 12-29

I brought my good luck charm (My wife) hunting with me while she was off work and we had some good luck. Monday as we all know was windy as heck (West wind) the birds worked in awkwardly to the blind and although we pulled the trigger a lot we only managed 4 birds. 1-teal, 1-gray, 1-scaup and 1-pintail (F). Tuesday the wind switched to the NE and the birds worked in to the spread better even though we did not get as much action we did well getting 8 birds. 3-Grays, 3- Mallards (all drakes), 1-Mottled duck, 1-Teal (BW). One double my wife got was the Mottled duck and one of the Green Heads came in together and she wacked them both. We were both excited and happy about that one. All said it was a great 2 days spent with my wife and our dogs. (Sally is our lab, however we have 2 daschund's and a boykin too) It seem that when she gets to go with me good things happen. Thank you babe!!! I love you almost as much as I love to duck hunt!!!LOL
