Headed to Grand Isle in a few weeks for a few days of fishing and letting the kids goof off. They love walking the beach at night for crabs and the only issue we have is getting enough light to see the crabs. Any suggestions for lights that we can walk with? There was a guy there last year who had a light pack and it was awesome but I couldn't catch up with him to find out where he got it from. I considered a flounder light but cant find one that doesn't need a big 12v battery to run it. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We run an LED light encased into a holder made out of PVC and use a wheelchair battery to run them. The batteries only weight 10lbs or so and we carry them in a backpack. Not bad at all. Look something like this.... |
