Launching at Mims Rd launch (Barrier), Westlake

Does anyone on here use this launch regularly ? Any comments ? Thinking about launching there in the morning to cut out some of the run time from Sam Houston / Anthony Ferry to Westfork.

Any comments are appreciated.

Launched there quite a bit last year. Narrow, but a decent launch.

Can't be more narrow than Sam Houston ! The area seems secure ?

Haha! Never launched there, but just looking at it I can say it's not any narrower. Seems pretty secure. I've never had any issues there or heard of any.

I grew up in Westlake. Launched der a million times. It's a fine launch.
