Calcasieu Point Family Fish Fest

Hello all. New to the forum and learning some things right away. I have registered my kids for the Calcasieu Point Family Fish Fest this Saturday. Has anyone done this before? I have only been to Calcasieu Point one time and was just looking for some info on what to expect. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never fished the Fish Fest but Calcasieu Point is a nice place to take your family to fish and crab off the bank. There is a store next to the boat launch that sells normal bait store stuff and a nice restroom facility is on the premises also.

Ok thanks. I went there one time earlier this year while everything was closed up. Guess I will find out in a couple days.
