Congradulations on quitting.

One the same note...........a few days ago on TV some reporter was talking about the Cigarette companies and there adds. He was saying that one of the Cigarette companies replies was ~"we don't tartet young Children in our adds because Cigarettes are bad for them."

So.......what is the difference in Children and Adults??????????

Thanks all....i can honestly say im done....i went to dr. a week ago and he said i have GERD....so if its accurate....i have to make some dietary changes and part of that is not dipping. So if it betters my overall well being and helps me kick the gerd and become healthier ...Consider it done cause GERD sucks! I can't even drink beer at the moment. No big deal.

i would consider it GER w/o the "D"...i've never had acid relux problems and i believe its onset due to pre move stress....

I gave up all tobacco for Lent. When I drink beer it's really hard, but found chewing nicorette gum when I drink really helps me. Good for you on quitting.
