Oh and schedule it early in the morning.....mine was late in the day and the no eating almost killed me!!!

The flavoring they give you for the go lytly is horrible! I can still taste it and its been a long time......ask them if there's any other way to "cleanse"

Just had my third one 2 weeks ago.
The worst part of it is the stuff you have to drink the day / night before.
I had to mess w/ my doc a bit,
Had my wife take a washable marker and write EXIT ONLY across my butt before i went in for the procedure. When i woke up she was standing by my bed w/ an envelope. In it was a picture of my butt and under what she had written was a sign on a piece of paper that said.... Wanna Bet?

I gotta start fastin' Sunday night and start drinkin' that crap Monday. No coffee!!!! The surgeon told me yesterday that the reason I have to drink that stuff is to "clean out" my colon. I told him that I can do that with coffee.....I do it every mornin'.

Try not to get the go lytly!!! and tim is right .Schedule it as early as you can because NOTHING solid to eat the day before and NOTHING after midnight.
I will try to get you the name of the prep i used this last time as it was not near as nasty.
