Is the river open to fishing right now or do they have it closed to boat traffic?

sherriff was patrolling up and down west fork yesterday with his pro drive. Just a heads up, they been stopping people and turning them around.

Drove thru Oakdale yesterday and there are many people that can't get to their houses by vehicle and looks like the river is still rising
