540 mile round trip!

We left out Sunday and made it back in Wednesday. It was a long but fun trip. We were going after the elusive man in the blue suit and didn't succeed. We had one chasing our port side flat line at the same time a dolphin was slamming the center rigger. We filled a 270 qt chest with 60+ lb yellow fin. We caught a few grouper, a nice rig donkey and some black fin we used for bait. Sorry I don't have many pics of the fish. We were in a rush to get cleaned up and home. 4 days in the gulf is a long time!

We caught them at the auger right at sun down and at dark chumming. We caught one first thing the first morning while tolling.

We went out to the Magnolia and Ensco 8503 and struck out. There was bait everywhere but no fish.
