Clay Nunnally and family were back with me again today. Our first couple stops found a slow bite, then Bam!! Every cast action for my crew, as they had the trout flying into the Bluewave. I was unhooking them as fast as I could, so they could get their baits back out!! When the bite slowed right at 55 fish were cooling off in the K2. It took a couple more moves and the action was back on fire. We filled the big K2 up once again on single rigged Matrix Shad in Shrimp Creole and Green Hornet colors on a 1/4 oz Golden Eye Jig heads. None of our fish have been caught under corks the past few days, everything tight lined with a very slow retrieve in 3-5ft depths. Always a pleasure fishing with Clay, thanks again.
Big thanks to Capt A Trahan for running the second boat with Brad Fontenot. They had a blast filling their limits!
The bite has been off the charts and will continue through February. Give me a call to get on the books!!
