Duck lease

I have appx 600 acres 3 miles north and 6 miles west of holly beach for lease. I have 3 duck ponds and there are deer and hogs on the property. Borders Sabine on 3 sides. Just north of 4 mile square. Blinds in place. Access is by boat. Can either launch daily or leave boats behind locked gate.

$6000 annually for entire property.

I have received over 20 inquiries about my lease. I am showing it to 2 guys Wednesday. If neither take it I will contact those who have PM'd me in order in which I was contacted. If I obtain more property I will contact those who wrote regarding this one first before advertising to public.
