I know it "could" be done from the df40 to the df50 but im pretty sure the df60/df70 are lager displacement engines.
when I had my df40 I was told to convert it to the df50 I needed to swap out the intake manifolds, throttle bodies, injectors, because they were all required to be larger, and then you needed the df50 ecm for it. I found it just wasn't practical to do unless you already had a blown df50 you could get everything off of for free or nearly free because its cheaper to sell your df40 and just look to buy the bigger engine in a good used and not abused motor. the ecm alone "used" will run you around $700 (if you can even find one to gamble on) and a new one costs around $1500 |
