About $1500 to $2000 with the tank and pump. Could be a little more if you go with the submergable pump.

Can you do this any where? We have well water at the camp and I like it. Nothing like some good cold hose pipe water when we are working! I might be interested in drilling a well on my property.

That's pretty much EXACTLY how it happened! When they developed the subdivision, the law didn't require them to install water lines, it was voluntary. Now the law requires them to be placed into new developments.

Yep, found that out when I asked one of the owners which water company I had to call to get the meter installed

You have to prime the well even if it is used every day?

![]() No, the well will stay primed, but what Blue is referring to is when it is freezing outside and you wake up and the well lost prime for whatever reason: loss of electicity or the lines froze up, and you have to go out there freezing your "****" off to prime it. Wells never seem to lose prime on warm sunny days! ![]() |
