When is payment for a duck lease usually expected by for the next season of hunting?

Just asking....rumor that the lessor may want payment right at the end of duck season....was just wondering when most people expect payment.

guess it depends on your agreement with the farmer. Must be a hot spot for em to want it that quick. What area is it around?
