pier fishing

i was wondering if there is a place on the east side of big lake to fish from a pier, weir, or wat ever i can get access to a spot to catch specks, reds, flounders, etc. on the eastside also..reason is that i dont have access to a boat at the timee.

Jettys in Cameron. Pier is broke, but you can fish on the jettys.
Calcasieu Point has a fishing pier also.

Lake Charles Civic Center is good for Reds, after dark, under the lights.

Its got railing high off the water, bring a net if you go. Only caught black drum there on dead shrimp.

Can someone give directions on how to get there.

Go south on big lake rd until it "T"s at the stop sign. Take a right and it is down on the left. There is a sign.
