Default Live Crawfish around Lafayette?

Anyone got any good places to get em and what their cost is right about now? Buddy up north says he can get them for $2.25/lb which seems pretty cheap, wanted to check down here since I am heading that way soon

Thanks in advance

Yep 15 to 20 dollars a sack was norm back in the day. Of course the price of fuel wasn't 4 dollars a gallon either. Price of fuel affects the costs of everything, including the the mudbugs that we so dearly love.

So does the rest of the country finding out that crawfish are not just for fish bait anymore. Exporting the best ones just like everything else

O... I thought it was due to market demand increasing from all the food stamps!¡!¡!’

True! Its frustrating to see someone get 3 sacks at 60 to 80 per sack with food stamps......to me, its a luxury and shouldn't be available.
