Just asked the same question from what I can tell, South bank (old jetties) and look for birds, wiers are a crap shoot and throw something with a chartruse tail....oh, on a yellow mouth jig head...


If you see an express 18ft bay boat don't follow it cause I sure as hell don't know where I am going but I will be trying

I have been catching consistantly on the south end. Not everytime is fast and furious but can manage to put together a decent box even on the slow days. Bring live shrimp if you can. Try the reefs below the old jetties. Also try around the islands and coves working towards ship channel and w cove. Keep an eye out for working birds. Good luck!

I know most that fished today did well later, this morning was a quick bite and done. Water was stained in the washout and 9 mile area, pretty water all along the east bank and long point areas, birds been working if you into that out in front of the marina north, I saw a few south of commercary. Pick a reef and hit it early, I'd throw some top first, but i'm into that, probably catch more numbers throwing plastics though
