Default Looking for used Kayak

Looking for a used kayak, preferably 10' (something that i can throw in back of truck). From what I gather, better to buy a good used one than a cheaper model. If anyone is selling or knows someone who is selling a used yak, shoot me a PM.... Thanks!

Thanks, checked Bayou yakers and craigslist, this site and the sportsman... notta. Didnt want to spend 1000 or more on a new kayak, so have not checked out shooters or P&P. Guess I'll keep looking. Thanks!

David, come get my yak and try it out before you buy. You don't have to spend a grand for something to catch fish out of. I actually have a 12 and 14 in my yard that your welcome to try. Neither cost over $700.

Demo demo demo. I use different length kayaks for different situations. I have a 16' for the long haul and areas that are known for big waves. I also use a 13' but it is mostly my marsh and car top kayak. It did well yesterday as I fished lake pontchartrain and it was sloppy about a mile out. Demo different kayaks and go from there for sure.

They have a couple nice ones at shooters for around $700 with the 25% off. Pack and paddle also does demo days or private demos so you can try a few different ones.

There is a Pescador at Academy for $499 that is good. I think it is a 12 footer.

I want to try one out at Bobby Lynns before I buy one. I don't have the best back in the world so that's my biggest question mark..... whether or not my back can handle it.

You would swear the masses predicted the north wind by the lack of inventory at academy last couple weeks....
