Default Hackberry homeowners insurance recommendations

I'm looking for an agent who can write a homeowners policy on my camp that I'm building. I got a quote from my agent in Lafayette and it was high! I was hoping someone local may have better rates. I heard there was an agent in Jennings with reasonable rates writing a lot of coverage in hackberry. Anyone know who this is ?

flood zone is a flood zone...I live north of I10 and we're in a flood zone whereas you could live close the the lake and not be...depends on bfe on surrounding properties....just build higher higher and higher and the rates will go lower lower and lower lol

Call "BOOGIE" at the Farm Bureau in sulpher or lake Charles office. He covers that area and was by far my best quote when I moved to Hackberry.
